Introducing CopyHouse Europe

For those who aren't familiar with CopyHouse, we are a B2B content marketing agency specialising in creating content for technology and FinTech companies. We’ve worked with numerous technology and FinTech giants, including Klarna, Meta, Cigna, Travelex, Nutmeg, FICO, Modulr, Instanda, and more.

As CopyHouse has rapidly grown since the pandemic, we have expanded our team, clients, and services. We have now also launched CopyHouse Europe as part of our expansion and aim to focus on these three arrears in particular.

Creating a Diverse Community through Recruitment

From the very beginning, CopyHouse prides itself on its amazingly diverse and inclusive company culture. 

We have employees from USA, The Netherlands, Sweden, Ireland, UK, Poland, Portugal, Spain and so on!

In 2020, Kathryn Strachan, Managing Director of CopyHouse, introduced a ‘work from anywhere’ (and any time) policy. As our team has roots from numerous countries, this was incredibly beneficial as it allowed them to visit family and work from abroad without jeopardising their annual holiday allowance. 

As employee performance is managed based on output and not facetime value, employees at CopyHouse have the complete freedom to work remotely and from anywhere in the world at any time. 

Due to this policy, CopyHouse was able to open up recruitment opportunities outside of the UK, and when branching out to Europe, we joined forces with Remote

Remote is the most disruptive global payroll, tax, HR and compliance solution for distributed teams. They launched in 2019 and since then they’ve been on a mission to help aid companies in hiring global talent. 

Remote recognise the advantages that come with hiring overseas and acknowledge the challenges that can derive from it. Due to this, their aim is to conquer these challenges by hiring global talent on behalf of businesses, like CopyHouse. This way, the recruitment process is much quicker and more efficient.

Building Stronger Client Relationships 

As it currently stands, 18% of CopyHouse’s client base is located in Europe. Expanding to Europe has aided our efforts in building on that client base and creating stronger relationships with them.

FinTech is Europe’s largest investment category, representing 20% of all global investments. Despite its growing popularity, a challenge faced by FinTech brands is their lack of effective communication. 

As we move towards a digital age where access to technology and information is made super simple, FinTech brands need to educate the public about their services in an easy to understand and engaging way. 

If FinTech and technology brands use complex wording or excessive information, their potential customers will turn to other brands to answer their questions. 

That’s where CopyHouse comes in. Our copywriters understand the technology and FinTech industry and are brilliant at creating engaging content for that space. They are able to take complex information and transform it into digestible and easy to understand content. 

Our content design team is also able to further engage the audience by creating seamless designs to complement the copy.
